The project is going well. They are prompt and have done a great job. eThe ramp is still under construction and going according to schedule. 10/13/14 The project is complete and I am very satisfied. The new ramp is beautiful and solid as a rock. Mr Pippin was prompt, sincerely friendly and courteous. I would highly recommend A OK Foundation.

I called to have 1/3rd of my pier and beam house leveled. It really sloped bad in kitchen. They came out when they said they would. That day was very cold! But they worked in it and finish it in 1 day. The crew was very courteous. Then about 2 months later after it settled some I called them up and they were out the next day and fixed it. I have a 3 yr warrenty on the repairs I know I will not have a problem calling them out again. Also I will have them come out and finish the rest of the house in the future. Very happy and satisfied customer.

From estimate to finished work, the entire process went very well. If Mr. Pippin said his crew would be at my house on a certain day, then they were there without question.

Free estimate for pricing was simple. Mr. Pippin explained all costs and work to be performed in detail. He answered all the questions I had, and assured me that the work would be performed in a timely manner. The foundation work took the longest amount of time. Mr. Pippin arrived a few minutes early on the first day. He and his crew worked steadily throughout that day. He said they would be back at 8:00 AM on the following day. They were again a few minutes early, which was a nice gesture of reassurance. They continued the job for two more days, and remained with it until the work was finished. I never once had to worry about were they going to show up, or if the job would be finished when promised. The room "finish-out" went fast, and work was completed to my total satisfaction. After they'd finished the sheet-rocking, I asked to add a window in one solid wall. Mr. Pippin was very accommodating, and added the window without delay. The sidewalk installation process went very smoothly also. Mr. Pippin's crew framed the path, and then poured the concrete themselves. I'd been told that some companies sub-contract for the cement pouring, which can be a nightmare, but not in this case. The walk was routed just like I wanted it, and the professional appearance of the concrete is just like I'd hoped. From start to finish, this entire "multi-project" job was handled with the greatest of care and expertise. I can't say enough good things about A-OK Foundation, and their fine staff. I would recommend their work again and again.

Contractor leveled my 1900 Sq. foot home. Could not have asked for a better experience. Any questions I had were thoroughly answered, and the contractor went to great lengths to make sure that I was totally satisfied. Some friends had spoke of other house leveling companies, but their complaints made me somewhat hesitant. Upon contacting A-OK Foundation, my concerns were put at ease and I was assured that quality work would be done. I wasn't familiar with the whole steel pier process, but received great details of the benefits from it. I am totally satisfied, over a year later.
