Mr. Goff appeared at my front door to assess the job 30 minutes after I initially called him. We set a date for the work to be done, however he called that day to explain that he was being held up on another job and we agreed that he would do the work the following morning. His crew appeared at the appointed time, reviewed the job with me and performed the job professionally and quickly. They also cleaned up the mess. I was very pleased.
