Blue Oak Projects put an addition on my house and did too much else to list. I couldn't have been more pleased with the results.

From the day I met Greg I knew I wanted him working on my house. We had similar thoughts about how things needed to be done and on trying to keep the project as environmentally friendly as possible while getting the most "bang for your buck." Greg was extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of the building process. He and his workers took pride in their work and it was done right. I was on the site almost everyday they were working and I'm sure that at some points that was an annoyance for Jason and Johnny, though they never showed it. They were patient with my questions and my difficulty making some decisions. When they poured two retention walls in the addition to support the existing footings, one of the forms blew out and left the side of one of them out of plumb. Before I even noticed this problem that could have been covered up later, Jason was tearing it out to start over. Greg explained that he didn't want his name on any work that was less than excellent. Greg was previously an engineer and everything he does exceeds all code requirements. For example, all the cells in the block that they laid for my addition was "core filled" with concrete that had fiber added to make it stronger as well as including rebar in all cells. I walked away from the whole project more than happy with the results. I am extremely picky about quality of workmanship and they exceeded my expectations. I have already and will continue to recommend them to all my friends and anyone that will listen. At the completion of the project, they gave me two t-shirts with the name of their company on the back. I wear them proudly in hope that I get to tell people how awesome a job this company has done for me.
