took a month to complete. they paid no attention to details.

"Before contract was sign I told home owner that this work would take about three weeks to a month to complete with out complications (paperwork reflects this). Contract was sign on 03-09-13 and was finished on 04-07-13. After work was completed I did not get my final payment untill 04-12-13. That gave home owners 5 days to look over work be fore they wrote final payment. I have not had any calls from home owners about anything being wrong with the work that was done at this house. They told me and my worker how nice everything looked after job was completed. Enough of this, I have oher customers to satisfy."

I did a terrible DIY job installing a ceramic tile bathroom floor...so terrible that multiple professions who had nothing to gain told me I should rip it out and start over. So I called Moore's Remodeling and Home Repair. Aundra Moore, the owner, was prompt, friendly and professional in evaluating the job and giving me an estimate. So I had him bring a crew to do the job a few days later. The workers were very focused on the job. They kept my home clean, hauled away the old materials without a trace and left me with a very professional floor. They returned the next day long enough to apply and finish grout. It is beautiful. I might have found someone in the area who would do it $100 cheaper. But not someone insured, prompt, efficient, professional and as friendly as Aundra Moore and his company. I look forward to saving up some more home improvement funds and having him quote me on more work.
