Carlos Preston and All Professional Construction saved my business. After being totally destroyed by the March 2020 tornado, his was the only company that could do the brick by brick demolition to save my building footprint and enable a complete rebuild to comply with codes. He was hands-on, always available, kept me up to date daily on progress, and rebuilt my building on budget - all during the pandemic ! Super guy - great job. Almost 3 years later and no problems, too. Solid construction. Love that dude !

I have used APC for three projects over the last 5 years. Each time, Carlos has been easy to work with. He communicates well, he is flexible, and he does a good job trouble shooting mid-job issues. You can expect fair billing with itemized numbers and he keeps great records to back up all of his numbers. There was a 3 year gap between the first project and the last two projects and Carlos was always available when I had questions or issues about the building. He became my number one resource for information and contacts when it came to supporting his build after the fact. Its hard to find a contractor you can trust, and I'm thankful to say I've found that through APC!

We hired Carlos Preston, contractor license #TN35191, and his company DBA All Professional Construction to do a (per his contract) not to exceed 12-week bathroom addition project in August 2016. He had teams of people on site and made big promises for the first two and a half weeks as they completed approximately 40% of the project. We stupidly paid, in contrast, pre-payments of 73% of the contract price and that is when work basically stopped. Days or weeks passed without any workers onsite despite multiple calls, text and emails requesting progress. With the exception of some drywall and 4 windows (2 of which were incorrect size/style), no other materials were delivered to the site. After 20 weeks we had a project that included a break in the ridge-beam that required an interior redesign to provide support, Tyvek wrap that had been blowing in the wind for 4 months and crooked walls. The only work completed on the project after those first weeks by subcontractors was rough-ins for plumbing and electrical, and drywall work that had to be torn out and redone by a second subcontractor. There were apologies and excuses, coupled with anger and intimidation but no substantive action was taken to move the project forward which resulted in termination of Carlos Prestion / All Professional Construction. We have attempted to contact him through certified mail and an attorney for over a year to get the $17000+ we overpaid to no avail.

"As I have already sent about 1520 minutes earlier, Mr. [Member Name Removed] is a very dishonest man we built a place for him. We have the documentation and pictures he brought in a lady that he knew from the oh let’s guess what the BBB which is a one-sided information I spent over $74,000 on this project built the project. Have the pictures to prove it have all the pictures to prove the billing and everything else with my attorney then he took it over to the BBB where he knew people. This is the reason I no longer belong to the Better Business Bureau Very crooked very nasty and it’s not a sanction government agency to put people in a possession where they can’t do business [Member Name Removed] is a very nasty nasty. Individual is a liar and a cheat. He went ahead and did all his nonsense but if he wants to re-create it, I’d be very happy to I hold all documentation pictures and my attorneys and such This is a very I don’t know how to say bizarre individual so you can either post it or not, but I’m not backing down cause I’ve already threatened to sue him for defamation of character because I did spend the money. I did build the place. He just wanted it done differently And I think he began a Bromance with my drywall guy who totally deceived me when this man started making him offers you all realize and take which ever way you want understand it higher you wish I know high went down. Feel sorry for his wife to put up with this nasty secretive, peeping out the window Person. Do you have any questions?
