Not very well. Very poor workmanship. Roofing had to be corrected after first heavy rain.
Tub wasn't properly installed. Tub caulk was cracked the day after being done. It was then replaced and cracked again the day after. They have never returned to correct this issue again even though they said they would get back to us.
Shower wall was loose from the bathroom wall , approx. a 4 inch length span, never corrected .
Bathroom walls, door frame, wooden trim were all damaged during installation of the tub.
Owner said he would repair the damage at no cost IF WE PAID for the supplies to do so , which we did.
Sheetrock mud was thrown on the walls in a couple places, never sanded, a few places were painted but not very good.
Original plan was to replace bathroom ceiling but owner said there was no need and just painted the ceiling, in the process
painted on all the wood trim also.
Wall that was damaged also housed the bathroom vent fan switch which was knocked loose during the tub installation and it no longer works.
Owner didn't show up at a scheduled time to discuss correcting the mistakes on the roof and the tub. Several hours later he returned my call and said he didn't come because it was raining. He did finally come to our house but was very angry and drove very recklessly in our driveway and down our road where children are present.
Overall, very bad experience. We are in the process of finishing the repair ourselves as we would never trust this business again.
