He recommended finding the wellhead and totally replacing everything at a cost of $2000-$2500. This was well out of our price range and expectations.
He charged us $150 for the service call.
I would recommend this company to anyone. They are very professional, courteous, and they showed up when they said they would. Our tank was 15 yrs old and the pressure switch was the wrong size. They changed them out and now we have plenty of water pressure. They diagnosed the problem and first suggested just adding air to the tank since it was low but couldn't guarantee that that would fix the problem or how long that would last. They were trying to save us money so it was my decision to have the tank replaced. They could have ripped us off and told us the pump was bad and the tank and switch needed replacing but they are honest and didn't.
Update: Not only were they honest when they were at the house but when they got back to their office the next day they discovered they had overcharged us $45. We were happy with their work and the price as charged and would have never questioned it. They promptly mailed a refund check in the mail and we got it a couple of days later. How many companies would do that?
Service was fast and professional!
I highly recommend this company!
I rate it 4.5 out of 5 stars. I would have gave them 5 stars but they were a bit more expensive.
