I needed help getting ready for overnight guests. Patti graciously worked me into her schedule. She is a very nice lady and my house has never been so clean.

Patti began cleaning our house in January. She was very responsive when I contacted her about her services and extremely flexible when we needed to reschedule her visit to give us a quote. I contacted Patti about a week or so prior to Mother's Day seeking someone to clean my mother's house as a gift. She was easy to reach, speak with, and very personable. She gave me an estimate of time and cost which was about 8 hours and $150 but I was willing to spend whatever the price on my mom for this special day. She came at exactly 8 am to my mother's home and worked tirelessly through the day..she actually had to come back because she still had a few things remaining to do. My mom was so impressed with her work and said she was an incredible worker and very kind to her and our family dog. I am so thankful to Patti for making this Mother's Day gift possible for my mom and I know that she is much happier and less stressed because her home is clean now! Any chance you get to receive services from Patti- do it! You will love it!

Very thorough and naturally brings her own cleaning supplies, but she is very accommodating and willing to use any of your own cleaning products if you wish (I use a special glass cleaner on my glass shower doors to prevent haze building up-- not a problem for her to use that instead of Windex, etc.). A kind person as well that you would be comfortable having in your home. Highly recommended!

I contacted three services from Angie's list for Housecleaning. Patti was the most attentive, responding with a phone call and follow up to schedule a consult. She was prompt and professional and reviewed room by room her services provided. Patti has been cleaning my home for more than a few months now (bi weekly) and has been prompt each time. She does a thorough cleaning and works efficiently. I am very pleased and highly recommend Patti.

Patti did an excellent job. I didn't realize at the time just how fortunate I was to have chosen her at random to call. She agreed to come on a Saturday. When she left, my home looked and smelled fantastic. If you're fortunate enough to find her available to work, don't hesitate to hire her. If you are looking for someone to do “Perfect Work” cleaning your house, you may stop reading here and hire Patti Smith. On her arrival, I asked her to give the house a “Good Cleaning”. Working extremely hard, she gave the house a “Perfect” cleaning. All of the good comments you may read on this site about her must be true. I don't see how anyone could write a bad comment about Patti and if they do it may take a and quot;Higher Powerand quot; to please them.

Patti is a wonderful - personally and professionally. She has been cleaning for us for two months and she is the best house cleaner I have ever had. She is very thorough and will tackle anything. She aims to please and always asks if there is anything particular that needs to be done outside of routine cleaning. My husband and I work from home so we are usually home when she is working. It is a pleasure to have her in our home. When Patti finishes, your home will be spotless. As others have said, she is a dog lover and she doesn't mind having our dogs in the house while she is working. You will be very pleased with Patti's cleaning services if you are lucky enough to find she has an opening in her schedule.

Where do I start? She shows up when she says. She cleans so efficiently and thoroughly. She does little extras that I don't ask her to to do but she sees that they need to be done so she does them. She even cleans the dog's food bowl!!!
She doesn't mind doing any extras. I've had several housecleaners in the past few years but Patti is the absolute best, bar none. She has a sweet nature and is really a nice person. And she works hard at doing a good job. She also took care of my dogs when I was out of town for a few days and came over more than I asked her to, just to check on them. A real peach, this woman.
I would certainly recommend her in a heartbeat.

Patty does a great job cleaning and treats my house as her own. She is punctual, has a great personality, and responsive to special requests. She is good with our dog which is important to us. I would highly recommend her.

I called Patty several weeks after I had foot surgery. She came and cleaned the house and did a good job.

Asked Patty to come in and do a fall cleaning (ceiling to floor) for me. She came the next day and cleaned the entire day then came back on Monday and finished. She's very sweet, works very hard, and does an excellent job! I will be calling her to come back in a couple of weeks for my winter cleaning! :)

She is just getting her house keeping business going. She is the mother of my daughter's best friend. I gave her a chance and she makes the house look brand new every time. She is very reasonable. I have had house keepers before and she excels every one of them. She even takes the light fixtures out to clean them. She cleans in such a fast speed. She said she can help me with paint and decorating too.
