Eddie Fry Plumbing

Eddie was punctual and friendly. The work was done professionally and quickly. He is our go to plumber.

I had another plumber try twice to fix this problem and if anything he only made it worse. I then called Eddie Fry, who came out, saw my problem and fixed it perfect. I only wished I had called Eddie Fry first, I could have save myself a lot a money and grief.

I liked them because they had everything you needed in their truck.

Mr. Fry was able to come the same day I called and got to my house right when he said he would. He had his daughter working with him and they were both very professional and friendly. He had the problem diagnosed within seconds and fixed in a few minutes. He replaced a fill valve and toilet supply line and included replacement of the rusted escusian at no charge. He was also nice enough to check the water supply to my dishwasher which had been turned off since we purchased the home. He turned it on and checked that the dishwasher was filling and draining properly. He did this free of charge. I will definitely call him again if we have any future plumbing needs!

I had a bad sillcock that he replaced. Since we built a deck next to the house, it covered one hose sillcock which we really could use. Eddie was able to tap off a water line under the sink and drill a hole through the wall to the outside of the deck. He also installed a new sillcock on the south side of the house drilling through the brick and tapping into a water line. Beautiful job and result. He was done in about one and a half hours. Would definitely use him again.

He was very prompt and very competitive on the price. We were very satisfied, he was prompt in his response to our call and did a great job.

He is very responsive. His prices are very good compared to other plumbers I have used. He is very honest, thorough, and prompt in the job itself.

We really never met them during the project. We were told that everything went very well with the plumbing. Our new home was fully completed a couple days ahead of time. They had no setbacks with their part of the project. We did however receive a phone call after we moved in from them to make sure we were satisfied with their work. The person we talked with was very friendly. He really wanted to make sure that we were happy. I wish we knew the price for their services, but we paid for the entire project to the actual building contractor.

I do not believe that I am very impressed with their work. As far as the major piping, now that all works fine. However, the faucets outside needed to be replaced two times because they were leaking really bad. I feel that they had rushed to complete this job and they could have done a lot better. Also, the pricing was included in our building design so I am not sure what that ran. I hope it was not much.

I have absolutely no problems at all. Everything is just completely fine. Nothing had yet to clog up and nothing has needed any repairs. Everything looks beautiful in the bathroom and I am very pleased. The pricing was included in the building of the house which ran about $250,000. I do not believe that it was an outrageous price. It was probably fair, but, it was worth every penny.

I did not observe the plumbing being installed however we have had no leaks at all since we have moved in. It all seems to be in perfectly working order. They have never had to come back to fix anything. My builder had paid them so I am not sure of the total bill.

The price was discounted because they did not show up the first time. They called me 2 times and sent someone over right away and gave me a $50 discount. The serviceman who came advised against putting a new one in. He said the one I had was a better brand. He also did a couple of extra things and didn't charge me extra. He checked my water pressure and gave me a recommendation about it. I also asked him about my roof. He looked at it and gave me his suggestions.

They were on time. Their estimate was exactly the same as the bill.
