I'm a retired senior who moved to White House from Chicago. I used to pay $18.00 for a haircut at a mid level barber shop.
31W gives you a decent cut for $10. You do have to ask them to cut it shorter as they tend not to cut the hair short. But that is no problem. They will cut it as short as you like. The place is clean and the service is hospitable. Good haircut value..
