CHEF CHRISTOPHER'S CATERING

We hired Chef Christopher to cater a holiday office party at our home. They were easy to work with & we ended up selecting one of their "Holiday Dinner" menus. The manager kept in regular contact with me in advance of the event. Our party was scheduled to begin at 5:30 with dinner served at 6:30. The server showed up at our house at 5 pm as scheduled, but the food (& person to do the carving station, etc) was nowhere to be found. He didn't have a functioning cell phone & at one point the server left our house to drive around & look for him! At 7:30, the food HAD STILL NOT ARRIVED, yet we had a house full of hungry guests. He finally arrived and it took at least 20 minutes to set up. The food was good, although the Barron Beef was by now overcooked. Our guests seemed to enjoy it, although I can't say I had any appetite to eat it myself. They tried to make it right by not charging us the remainder of our bill. I appreciated the gesture, but was still very disappointed in the evening.
