Cabinet Making
Lakeshore Cabinets, Ronnie Wallace, delivered the cabinets almost three months late beyond their committed delivery date. The entire time they kept promising dates and never kept their commitments. From contract signing to final installation, Ronnie had nine months. His three month delay in delivery/final installation put my entire certificate of occupancy and construction loan in jeopardy. They sent a final invoice and included additional cost due to more labor than they anticipated even though we agreed to a fixed contract price. This company is unethical and continued to harass for additional payment above our contractual agreement. The cabinets are good quality but the service is horrible and the company is unethical and untrustworthy.
