It went very well. We left a message for him and he called back within a couple of hours. I explained I was redoing my home and just wasn't good on the plumbing aspect of things. I met him at Lowe's and we went over everything I would need to put a tankless hot water heater in and then he came to the house to access everything and installed it. I will be having him back for electrical work next.

It went very well. He was very professional and prompt. He completed the work on schedule, and he left everything very neat and clean. I will definitely recommend him to all my friends.
