Great workers- would hire them again.

There were so many problems with the install that i had to call them back several times. Mr. Miller was never here to supervise the job, and used subcontractors, leaving me to deal with them. The cabinets for the kitchen had to be redone once and they still left out a wine glass rack that i still got charged for. The toliet in the bath leaked and i had to call them back twice on it. I had to be the supervisor on the job all the way to completition.

The sales rep, Daniel Long, was very helpful in accomplishing what I wanted to do. Could not be happier with the results and the crew was fantastic.

They found the leak that was caused by the wrong kind of pvc pipe for the drain in the tub that was taped with duct tape. I had them remodeled the complete guest bathroom replaced the subflooring that had a holes to the crawl space and covered with mold aand meldew. We replaced with italian tile and shower stall which is beautiful. They reinforced the bottom of the shower flooring that could withstand a head of elephants. Replaced the vanity and topped it with granite. I am very happy with their work.

Mark Massey was our sales rep. Very knowledgeable and nice to work with. In just a couple of days there were two workmen that were most efficient and secured the banister and railings in under 2 hours! I give them a 5 star rating because they gave me 5 star service!

Though there were a few lapses in communication with the management side, the men who actually did the work were meticulous, conscientious, honest, knowledgeable, skilled problem-solvers who did an excellent job. The tub was an unusual, difficult installation which they did with great care and adaption. They offered their experienced opinions when asked and tried their very best to give me even more than I asked for. Slanted floors and out of square walls challenged them, but they knew all the tricks of the trade for overcoming these obstacles. And they were always so friendly, polite and agreeable that they were a pleasure to work with

The salesman worked with me to obtain an excellent walk-in shower and tile floors in both bathroom and in the kitchen-dining room at a price within my budget. The work crew were terrific. They were neat, cleaned up when they were done, and displayed excellent craftsmenship. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Would definitely recommend Keystone for a quality remodel.

The job was adding crown molding to 4 rooms in our home that had been left undone upon purchase. We liked the way this job was handled from the first visit to assess the job and spell out our needs and what Jesse could do for us. Scott and Jimmy arrived on time on the only sunny day available in our time frame to paint the primed crown molding outside in a very professional manner. While that paint dried, which we provided to match the rest of the molding, the floors were covered with brown paper and taped down in all of the traffic areas they would use. We had cleared out any items we could move ourselves, but being not able to lift much, other pieces were moved around by the men so the job could be completed. We found the men, Scott and Jimmy very courteous and knowledgeable in the finish carpentry and painting they were doing. We appreciated the care they gave the rest of the house and yard as they did their job. There was no mess for us to clean up as they did that themselves. We would recommend this company and crew to anyone wishing any indoor finish carpentry work done. We rate them a 5. Ron and Eadie Hampson

Keystone was very responsive and professional.

They got the cabinet up, no prob. with the guys who fixed it. I think for what was done $110.00 was to high.

Jesse, the owner was very helpful in helping us with the various jobs that we needed to have done in the house. The main project was to replace the existing dryer vent to a recess one onto the wall. They have done a great job with it. They were there early in the morning and worked a whole day to get the job done. As far as the price goes, they are not the cheapest but they know how to get the job done right.
