Joe and his crew did an excellent job - very meticulous, friendly and hard-working. The wall presented a few issues that needed to be addressed (concrete floor not level and ensuring stability since it wasn't to be attached to the ceiling) but Joe and his crew worked through these without any issues and did a fantastic job. I can tell these guys really care about the work they do - this is hard to find in the world of home renovations! I will definitely be utilizing their services in the future and highly recommend. The price included all materials and labor.

Overall, we were very pleased with the services we received.  The owner/contractor came to our home himself for the estimate, along with a co-worker.  They were very detailed oriented with respect to the estimate and provided us with a fair price for the work to be completed (including materials).  The only complaint we had was that on occasion it could be difficult to reach them by phone, but they always returned our calls.  In this day and age people are very busy, Mr. Posadas is no exception to that.  It later proved more efficient for both of us to communicate via text, which allowed us to continue with our days until we were both available for a phone conversation.  We were so pleased with the quality of work and professionalism that we are looking to use them again for a second repair project.
