He was very good. It took a few months for us to sell the other house, but once we were just surprised, he started booking appointments. There was one day I had six showings in one day and we had some additional property that he really encouraged the new buyer to buy also. I do not think we could have sold it had he not really gone to bat for us and push that extra property. Even though he was very busy anytime I called him with some listings I wanted to see, he was always very accommodating and would line up appointments to see those properties.
