Tennessee Valley Home Inspections

Matthew Fox was the inspector. He was there 5 minutes early and started immediately. The inspection lasted approximately 2 hours for a sub 1000 sq foot home, it was a very thorough inspection. While on-site he pointed out and discussed even minor issues he found. The inspection was performed around noon and we had the report in our email the same day! The report contained everything that we discussed on-site and included numerous high-resolution pictures. The quoted price was exactly what we paid. We will use TVHI for our future inspection needs.

I contacted TN Valley Property Inspections on Sunday night at 9pm and requested via email a service date. By 9:30pm I had a response that they were able to confirm a Monday afternoon appointment. I was on a time restraint and they were able to accommodate. I was emailed a copy of the quote and agreement and that was it. Monday at 3:45 I showed up for the inspection and my inspector was there and EARLY! Bruce was my inspector, friendly and very professional. He walked every inch of the house, under, and above. He pointed out things that needed to be addressed and took pictures and at the end of the inspection went over the items again. Very respectful, timely and courteous service. (Took his shoes off when doing the inspection). I would highly recommend this company if you have to do a property inspection. Couldn't be more pleased. I did get a couple of other quotes as far as price goes and everyone gave me the exact same price. $375 was on par for the 2700 square foot house that they inspected.

He was very thorough. He included pictures of anything that we needed to correct in the final report with a description of what needed to be done. He got on the roof and underneath the house. He inspected closely. He actually gave us his mobile number so we can call him and ask questions later. He was very helpful.
