Sam Keith

Our bathroom had a vanity in it that was so large, a regular door couldn't fit and some bonehead thought that a bifold door would be a good idea. However, cedar wall covering had been put inside the bathroom making the wall thicker, so it wasn't as simple as replacing the vanity and sliding in a new prehung door. Sam extended the existing door frame and hung the door. He took out the huge vanity and put in the new one. He put in new electrical outlets, medicine cabinet and light fixture. He even built a box to attach the light fixture to so that the light wouldn't be obstructed by the medicine cabinet. Also, he vented a dryer in the laundry room that had never been vented.
We had several estimates for this job, and Sam's was not the lowest. However, when Sam came he spent a lot of time measuring and taking notes. He even took some pictures. When he talked to us about what he was going to do, it was exactly what I had in mind. None of the others seemed to know what we had in mind, so we decided to hire him. It couldn't have gone better. His work was seamless. The attention to detail was evident in the quality of the work. He came and gave us the estimate on Friday and the work was done on Tuesday.

We still have things on our remodel wishlist and will ask Sam to come back again and again.

He is wonderful. He is very timely. He went above and beyond ensuring I understood all options. The floor is beautiful. He has done other things for me as well. He can do just about anything and the quality of his work is impecible.
