We had a very unsatisfactory experience with this vendor. After agreeing upon the work to be done, the plants to be installed, and the schedule to meet, none of these goals were met. The work began on the date they were scheduled to be done. The ground
preparation was not done as agreed and the plants delivered were not consistent those we selected and agreed upon. When we complained, the workers simply left? with earth and gravel blocking our driveway, plants left in pots in the driveway, other plants half sown, sod left half rolled-up to dry in the sun, and trash (soda bottles, etc.) left lying on the ground and driveway.
Furthermore, they left heavy timber planting ties lying on the ground with long pointed spikes sticking straight up in the air ? a danger to our young children. Having already cashed our retainer check, they refused to answer our phone calls. When we called from another phone number and insisted, they finally agreed to remove all the debris they left in the driveway, but did not complete any further agreed-upon work. In sum, a very unsatisfactory and unprofessional experience with this vendor (certainly left us with the feeling of having been cheated in the process).
