My Sprinkler Repairman

They were great. They were super nice, always on time, did a great job, and I was very pleased with the results. Plus I thought the cost was very reasonable. I'm so happy I don't have to lug a hose out to my garden anymore! They are awesome!

When I spoke with him he said he could be out within an hour --it was a Saturday. He said I didn't need to go without water and he would be right out. I had been canceled on by 1 company and another was so late I had to leave to go to work so they didn't come. I had the water turned off at the street now for 6 days. He found I didn't have a turn off valve, thus the problem. He put one in and replaced the bad pipe. It required him to make 2 trips to the hardware store, and he didn't even charge me for that time. He fixed the problem and made it where it won't happen again. Didn't even charge me a fee for being an emergency visit. I was such a great experience and I would recommend Lane to everyone!!

First please don't judge a book by it's cover. Lane and his worker my look rough and not the newest work vehicle but Lane knows his stuff and they are hard workers.
First let me say out of a number of irrigation companies I contacted from Angie's list ranked high either NEVER responded to my request or a couple flat out told me they were too busy to come give me a quote when I tried around the spring.
Lane came out and provided a very detailed quote and even emailed me a quote with pricing, drawing of locations and model numbers and specs for the equipment he was to install.
Lane was great at communications though I had to reach out to him a couple times he was able to detail what was going to happen and when.
This is only a 2 man team so while it takes more than 1-2 days for the install this has been quality work. I even ended up expanding the irrigation system to add a whole new area and 2 more heads to correct areas and he did this without blinking.
I would be happy to discuss this experience with anybody and would highly recommend Lane for any irrigation needs.
I plan to use The Sprinkler Repairman for any jobs he can help me with in the future!!!!
