Movement Mortgage

My husband and I were referred to Movement Mortgage by our real estate agent, Angie Cody. We had been shopping around for interest rates and Angie suggested speaking with Orestes Pumariega. Great first impression, very professional and really nice. After going over the loan parameters and interest rate,( which Orestes was able to match with a competing local bank), we chose to do business with Movement Mortgage. He definitely sold the company. The entire process was expedited so we could close before December. Communication was excellent. We were always informed when something needed to be done or supplied for the mortgage process. Getting a home loan has become more arduous. Orestes was very good at guiding us through without problems and all with a sense of humor which kept me level headed. Even when we were afraid the appraisal wouldn't get turned in on time and our closing date may have changed, Orestes came through for us and we closed on the exact date we had hoped. In short, Orestes is a fantastic "people" person.
