I was guaranteed that the Life Alert system would work wherever I am. It worked in Florida for about 3 months. I recently moved to Tennessee and found that the service had many dead spots. When I called to ask about the poor service, I was told that there was nothing wrong with the service and I could connect anywhere. I pointed out that I was currently using the service with no answer and I was then told from the representative on the phone that he would also not purchase the service.
