We've had terrible experiences with them. The roofer was very, very expensive. They were supposed to put chimney flashing on and they didn't. They were supposed to reseal and they didn't really put new felt down. We told them about it. We supposed that they come back and put the felt down but they didn't. The gutters where my husband bought it to go around the property, the nails were horrible. We had like three flat. We had them on the lawn mowers and we had it on his trucks. The chimney leaked and messed up our ceiling. They had to come back three times. I would never use him again.

Terrible...I was greatly taken advantage of. I received three estimates for a new roof on my first house and was going to have this company put the new roof on since they were the lowest and money is tight. As it turns out, I was lied to and told that before they could put on a new roof, the gutters had to be cleaned and the gutter guards removed so the gutters could catch the nails. I thought they were honest and knowledgable, but soon realized they were very dishonest, and my gutters were not cleaned on the inside or the outside as promised. Since two guys spent less than one hour on the job, I got my ladder out after they left and checked one gutter and it was full of debris and shingle granules and the outside was left filthly dirty. They also clogged one of my downspouts. I called the boss and complained and he said they were going to come back, but that was about two weeks ago. I even called last week again as a reminder, but I don't think I will ever see them again and maybe it's all for the best. In summary, I am thankful that I did not have them do my roof, because based upon the job they did with my gutters, it would had been a disaster. Shame on them for taken advantage of the ignorant. What comes around, goes around.

EVERYTHING WENT WELL FROM THE QUOTE TO COMPLETION OF THE JOB. THE WORK IS GURANTEED FOR 5YEARS. I HAD A LEAK IN ONE CORNER OF THE HOUSE THAT WAS FIXED WITHIN TWO WEEKS OF CONTACTING THE COMPANY. I NOW HAVE A LEAK AROUND A VENT GOING UP THROUGH THE ROOF AND HE HAS NOW FIXED IT. IT WAS FIXED WITHIN A 3-WEEK PERIOD.
