They are very thorough. You can see what they are doing and they do not skip whether a leaf or a granule. They are very generous. A lot of times, these type of companies are very ineffective. But East Tennessee did a very good job. We started hiring them last fall. We are very pleased with their service. We asked our neighbour he used for lawn services and he recommended them to us.
