They are not price competitive, I just don't have a choice. Their punctuality is very good. If I had a choice, I probably wouldn't use them again. However, I don't have a choice in my neighborhood.

I have Charter Cable. They are much better than they use to be. I like the performance in the internet. I dislike the pricing. The customer service is okay.
