The workers were friendly, prompt, and very interactive. They did everything I requested. the dust that I expected was VERY minimal, just at they predicted. I could not ask for a more seamless well done job.

Very well. Great job. The workmen was punctual and very friendly. Very little dust during work. They took care of any questions and requests. Following completion of the job I saw a large spot on the floor that I did not recognize. I did not know if we had walked on the floor too early or something happened to the finish. I tried water, but it did not clean the spot. They came by personally immediately and said that it was something that had been dropped, but could be easily cleaned with mineral spirits. He cleaned it and we discussed care of the floor in general. Great service.

Shane and his team are absolute professionals. Unwavering in there commitment to stand behind there product and make sure the customer is happy. They are thorough in each step of the process and won't move on till it looks right. What I appreciated most is if an issue arose they where willing to seek any knowledge and solutions they needed to keep things looking right. My floors look better than when we bought the home!
