Pool Construction and Installation
We met with Backyard Living and signed a contract on March 7th. We submitted a significant down payment. They had to bring the contract back to be signed on April 17th and then started excavation on May 28th. On July 24th the homeowners fell into the pool dig with a lawnmower trying to access the yard. After being told they would remove dirt as a result from the excavation from the pool, we decided on August 21st to rent a Bobcat to move the dirt as a result from the pool dig. They were supposed to be responsible for the dig. On September 5th there was still no pool and they have already received the over half of the money. On September 25th we had to pay an additional $400 to have the rock removed from site as a result of the pool excavation. They trashed our yard, we had to complain to get it cleaned up.
