APS Window & Gutter Cleaning

We waited almost 2 weeks for our appointment today. We spent much time prepping for the workers this morning. Their arrival window was 10am-12pm. It’s now over an hour past their arrival time and we’ve heard nothing. I’ve left voice mail and texts with no response at all. They are a complete no show with no contact or explanation. I have wasted time and should have gone with another company as this one is not legit! At least not the Knoxville branch. Don’t even think about wasting your time with APS for your window cleaning!

They were prompt, professional, and did a great job!

I have been using APS for a few years. The crew always arrives on time, does a great job and cleans up the debris that they blow off the roof. All at a great price.

The two guys arrived 30 minutes earlier than the 2 hour window we had previously discussed, but rain was in the forecast, so that was fine with me. The guys were friendly, professional & FAST. Our entire house & chimney went from dirty/dingy to sparkling clean in 2 hours! Although it did sprinkle rain on occasion, they continued working nonstop. They moved extremely heavy deck furniture that I thought I would be responsible for moving. We received a coupon in the mail from them for a complete house pressure wash for $229.00. My husband & I were so thrilled with the results that we felt that this price was a STEAL!

This was a rental property, I asked to be called when they were on their way; they didn’t call but it was fine. I decided to drive over and found the work already in progress. I was pleased with the quality of the work and will use them again.

The guys were right on time and did a good job. They were friendly and respectful. My only complaint was that they threw the garbage bag full of waste in the recycle bin, which should have gone in the garbage can.

The cleaning crew did a great job cleaning my windows. They arrived early and made quick, yet thorough, work of cleaning my windows. The price point was very reasonable, and the crew was very professional. I definitely plan to use them again in the Spring and definitely recommend them for window cleaning needs.

Two workers showed up on time. My husband made the appointment approximately 4 weeks in advance. I was supposed to be home but had an emergency and needed to spend almost a month with a relative undergoing chemo. My husband is pretty much oblivious to everything, but knew he could see through the windows when they were done, so he was happy. When I arrived home last week I was disgusted to find that there were black water drip marks on EVERY window sill AND most the walls where they cleaned the window. We have a large home with windows Everywhere! The window sills mostly came clean but the walls are a flat white and I'm still trying to get the black streaks off. I have run out of Magic Eraser and need to get more. They cleaned the window above the Jacuzzi tub and black was streaked down the inner walls. Those appear to now be etched into the finish. I have to get some bleach and see if that works. This job was a DISASTER! Do not leave these guys alone if you hire them to do your windows...If you wear glasses, put them on and inspect after they wash each window. I'm not sure the dirty water would have wiped off clean even if caught while they were working. Very unprofessional. I could have done all the insides myself if I wanted this kind of a mess.

Two men showed up on time and finished the job in about one hour. When they finished the windows from the inside appeared to be clean so I gave them a check for $159 and a $20 tip. After they departed I went outside to reconnect the garden hose that had been removed for them to get water. It was then that I noticed that all the exterior window frames still had cobwebs and dirt on them. I called the company about this and was informed that the service was for cleaning the glass panes and wiping the frame with rag. I informed the person were under the impression that the service was for cleaning the entire window and not just the glass. The flyer did not state this and said that they would clean up to 40 windows for this price. He stated that I was accusing him of bait and switch. Said he had explained what services would be done to my wife when she made appointment. Also stated that vinyl window casings could not be cleaned with window cleaner and a cloth. Offered to send the men back on Thursday to remove cobwebs from exterior window frames. I refused the offer and informed him that his flyer was misleading and over priced for what was done. I later cleaned one of the casings with windex and a paper towel without any problems. My wife called him and told him that he had not advised her of the limits of his service. He insisted that he informed everyone when they called. This was not the case. This company uses deceptive advertising. The service is poor quality and over priced. The contact person was unethical. I will never allow them on my property again.

They were prompt, quick and efficient.

They advertised locally and we scheduled them for cleaning the gutters and washing the exterior (and one interior) window.  They arrived on time and performed the services and we were very happy with the results.  The windows were hand-washed and clean when they left and the gutters were cleaned.  They took all of the gutter debris, too.

Very happy and we will use them again.

$APS showed up in the window of time they were scheduled to arrive. The workers spoke very little English so communication wasn't easy, but they knew what to do and after telling me they were here, got started immediately. They worked on the exterior first, and then came inside to clean the interior windows - and they even removed their shoes when they came inside. Very polite and focused workers - and the house and windows look great.

They were a few minutes late from the projected time given but that wasn't a problem. Three men quickly went to work, got all the gutters cleaned out. They picked up most of the debris and put it in a garbage bag. Good value for the service preformed.

They did a great job. Arrived on time and got started on cleaning out my gutters right away. My house is just under 4000 sq. ft., and is 2 story with a basement so some of the gutters were up pretty high, but they had the longest ladder I have ever seen, and got my gutters super clean. They pressure washed the outside of my house which is brick and vinyl with bleach and water and washed my brick mailbox as well. They also changed the bulb in a floodlight outside. Inside, they cleaned the chandelier in the 2-story foyer and replaced all the bulbs in it as well. They were very courteous and careful to leave no marks when leaning the extra long ladder against the wall.
