Working with car dealerships can sometimes rate alongside going to the dentist for a root canal...
This was not the case with Andrews body shop team. They were "A" in every category listed here. The office staff was professional, fast, courteous and excellent with ALL communication. The work performed completely restored the right side of my car and there is no trace that it had been repainted/repaired.
I had to go back about two months later (most recent visit) because a molding strip was coming a little loose (from automatic car wash brushes). They had it fixed IMMEDIATELY and at no charge (yes, it was a very minor fix-it but I was expecting to pay and was still surprised -- enough to write a review when I had a chance to get back on Angie's List). Their "how can we help?" attitude is why I would go back without hesitating for any future work/service there.
Usually, I don't quite trust an all-"A" review here. But the entire team at the body shop earned and deserves it.
