Although they were able to raise the level of the steps, the downside was that they also raised the pitch of the sidewalk which was also supposed to be leveled. They assured me that over time, the sidewalk would settle and be close to level. Never happened. I still have a sidewalk that is a couple of inches higher on one side than the other. I will either have to try and have another provider attempt to level or will more than likely have to tear out the sidewalk and have it replaced as there is hardened grout underneath. This happened because of a lack of attention to the sidewalk when leveling the steps. During the step process, the front of the sidewalk raised completely out of the ground and we had to dig out from underneath including driving their truck on top of the sidewalk to try and get it back into place.
Nick is a nice enough guy, but I expected better. In hindsight, I feel I wasted $500.
