I receive service once a quarter and it's a quarterly fee. They are very professional and very personable. I really enjoy them.

They did an excellent job. Their price was comparable and fair. Some of the workers were smoking underneath my house, but the supervisor made them stop. Other than that, I give them an "A" overall.

1. First problem is that techs do not carry machine to take your credit/debit card. Since I no longer have checks (why pay for checks when cards are free?) 2. The office takes only cash and checks. Since I do not keep cash on hand, I have to go to bank and take cash to office. 3. I don't know what a "good time" is to go to office because when I went there to pay with cash, they did not have any money to give me my change! I then asked for credit on my account which thankfully they knew how to do. They do not even have a cash register on computer. The receipts they give have to be handwritten instead of printed out from computer. 4. In my opinion, this is NOT an efficient office. They are the ONLY business I know (in Union City, TN) that does not take cards and does not keep cash on hand to give customers their change and has handwritten receipts. One employee, Nancy is very nice, but other employee has a bad attitude. When I went to office to lodge a complaint about their payment procedures, I asked other employee about the owner's name. She gave me only the first name. Guess she didn't know the boss's last name! Nor did she offer any alternatives for my inconvenience.
