Our project was a pretty serious electrical problem pointed out to us by the buyer's home inspector. Sabin Electric knew time was a factor, that they would have to co-ordinate their job with the city power company & pull permits. They handled every bit of that and got our issue taken care of very quickly, helping to prevent any delay of our closing. We really appreciate this company and how they handled our electrical problem. I recommend them highly!

Mr Sabin was prompt and professional. His work was done quickly and came in a little under his estimate, which was nice. We need another electrical job to be done and will use him for it.

Sabin Electric was very professional, they arrived as scheduled, came in under the estimate, cleaned up behind themselves, were very polite and the final product passed inspection by FPU. I've had many bad experiences with renters and contractors in the past to the point that the least little thing sets me off. Unfortunatley, I did this to Todd Sabin for something that was out of his control. I apologized for this, he was polite and seemed to understand. I hope to be able to call on him again, as it is very hard to find an honest professional these days. I recommend this contractor very HIGHLY.

Todd is very professional and a true craftsman. He rewired my entire house and did a quality job. He also has a very positive attitude, plus he worked closely with me to keep the cost down.
