Mr. Floyd's Home Repairs

My building was roofed but I expressly said to replace any wood damaged. One of the workers put their foot through the roof but it was patched and not replaced. After payment was made I noticed it when cleaning (the spot had been covered). I contacted the contractor but just compensation was not offered nor was an attempt to correct it (unfortunately it would have required it to be reroofed). Very disappointed. Another thing was after the work was done the excess materials were taken away without asking for them. They could have been cleaner about the work as well. The contractor covered the roof very well but disregarded my plain instructions. Won't hire again.
