Hired Hershel Raines Jr to repair a leak in my roof. He failed in three attempts to fix the leak, then refused to answer my calls or my texts. I had another contractor contact him for me, and he lied, said he did not have my number, and would call me. He is late for appointments, and utterly inept. I hired someone else to fix the leak, and the problem was obvious, even to me. This company is the absolute worse, and I have sense learned he did a lusey job on other homes in the area too. He does not provide invoices or written estimates. I only hired him because he was recommended by a repairman I know. Now he won't be getting recommendations. Stay away.
