Victor and his crew spent a long day, from 7:30am until around 6pm, at my home recently to install a new roof after repairing a few minor issues on this 1980s home. While here his crew discovered some damage to a portion of one of our rafters. He immediately let us know that they found the damage and explained exactly what needed to be done to fix the issue. I especially liked that Victor was always available if we had questions. As things arose he was right there to explain what needed to be done and what options were available to fix the issue. He took the time to listen to what our concerns were and what we were wanting done and did not pressure us to do other work or use more expensive options.
