I'm the owner of Nick's Construction and Remodeling. I do just about anything from the floor up and outside work I do anything that you need done....tile,carpet, siding, paint, sheetrock, build, completely remodel your entire house! I give free estimates and I go by your budget.

Nick Sanders of Nick's Construction did a great job. He was very competent and demonstrated skills in all areas of this job. Each day , He advised me of what he planned to accomplish that day and any choices I needed to make. Being in the loop was very refreshing. The shower stall blended in with the room and looked like it was part of the original construction.

Nick and his helper done a great job. Worked hard and was promptly on time and if the job needed it he was there to do it. Reasonable priced. He had to correct a lot of someone else’s work and done fantastic. Will definitely be contacting Nick on all my house construction and remodeling needs!
Description of Work: Bathroom floor leveled including floor joists. Tub and tile and toilet replacement and some plumbing work with cut off values.

I was left having to hire an electrician the next day he left, to fix the light he installed. The trim work was horrible, I took a picture of a spot he left but he didn't come back to fix it. So I need to hire another person to fix all this. He left several big black trash bags outside and several pieces of metal piping

This woman was very disrespectful to me and my help the whole time we where there always looking to find something wrong so she can fuss about it she would wait till some one else came to do something for her and put us and our work down it got so bad I was going to just have her pay us for what we already did for her but she started crying saying it’s not you it me she said I don’t know why I am so mad all the time she apologized so we stayed to finish the project if she didn’t like what we did she could have said something before we left but didn’t I don’t know why she was this way but I’m glad that job is over I stayed professional the whole time never said anything out of the way to her or got mad I just let her talk
