Had to remove old duct work which was not sufficient to carry additional air flow needed to provide adequate heating a cooling to our home. Too small a HVAC unit and duct work had been initially installed by contractor in 2001. Mr. Underhile, his staff and sub-contractors provided a properly installed new HVAC unit and new ducting to our home. He did a free initial inspection and took notes as to what we wanted and provided a reasonable proposal with dollar amount and detailed work to be performed.
Mr. Underhile and staff were flexible with work hours and communicated well with us during the entire process. It took about 5 full work days to remove the old system and set up the new system in one of the hottest weeks of the year so far (June 16 through June 24, 2015).
My wife and I are very pleased with the quality and professionalism of Underhile Heating and Cooling and would recommend them without reservation to anyone needing HVAC service or new HVAC equipment.
