I called Tim Neal company due to water dripping from ceiling register vent. 3 days later (Saturday), the son, Chris Neal, came and ruled out the A/C unit as the problem. He charged $55 for weekend service call then left.

He is always prompt in getting back to you, and coming out take care of your needs. The pricing has always been very reasonable. When you don't need anything done, he will not just upsell you.

I thought he was great! He came out and found the problem that somone else has made and corrected it. I called him after somone else had messed up on the job.
