"Hi Mr. [Consumer Name Removed]! I'm sorry to hear you've had a negative experience with us! You reached out to us for aeration and seeding on 10/19, and we were able to get you on the schedule the very next day to ensure you're in our guarantee period. Then on 10/23 you told us that you weren't happy with the amount of seed we put down, so we came back just two days later and put down more seed as requested. Your seeding is fully guaranteed, so if you've got issues with the aeration we can just return to re-aerate your lawn, or if you'd prefer to just drag our name through the mud online instead that's ok too I guess. We want you to be happy, and we thought we were addressing your concerns about not having enough seed put down when we came out to put more seed down. Now that I've seen this review and have been made aware that you're unhappy I'm going to put a touch up seeding in so we can return and see if we need to do anything else now or in the spring to give you the results you're looking for. In the future if you just reach out to us directly we can easily get this kind of thing taken care of without the need for 1-star reviews and several days of delay waiting for us to notice that you've left us a review :)"
