MOSAIC COMPUTER SERVICES

The technician was on time and very professional. He came the day after we called (they apparently give scheduling preference to businesses). He was extremely knowledgeable and proficient, but also very personable (an unusual trait in computer tech's). He diagnosed the problems very quickly and explained them in terms that even I could understand (and that's saying something!). Coming to our office and doing the work here saved us hours or even days that we might have been without the computers. A couple of questions after the service call were answered efficiently over the phone. After dealing with other PC repair businesses, I can't say enough good things about Mosaic. I was very impressed (as was my boss!) and would recommend them to anyone. By the way, they currently only service Brentwood, Franklin, Spring Hill and limited areas of Nashville.
