K C REMODELING

Description of Work: K.C. Remodeling constructed a 20 foot by 20 foot covered porch with fireplace. Included; removing existing pad, laying a pave stone floor, framing stick structure with a fireplace and rough cut cedar beams with stained bead board ceiling. The porch has 6 nicely sized columns that have stack stone bases and matching stack stone fireplace.

Description of Work: We initially contacted Charles upon a recommendation from some designer friends. After an estimate, we were impressed by his straightforward and practical approach. We hired him to turn existing space into a master suite (closet and bathroom) and add a linen closet to the hallway. This project involved tearing down walls, relocating plumbing, plus custom closet and bathroom cabinetry. As the project drew to a close 8 weeks later, we were left with a beautiful new space of which to be proud. Only 2 days in those 8 weeks saw no workers at my house because it was the tail end when things slow down to wait on various subs. That was easily made up for by the few Saturdays some guys were able to work in order to keep all other aspects on schedule. Overall it was a pleasant, smooth experience with very few corrections necessary (minor, cosmetic ones). I will gladly hire KC again; they are trustworthy, focused, quality-driven and very patient with kids (and indecisive, clueless adults alike).

Description of Work: Charles Penning is the contractor. He moved walls and gutted the kitchen for a major remodel on our home.

Description of Work: KC Remodeling put a new roof on our shed. They used four squares of tile. They did remove the old roof and took all of the mess away.
