Horrible job with the original landscaping which is typically expected with builder quality, or lack thereof, landscaping. However, building and installing the irrigation system was even lower quality. All of the valves and back flow pipes leaked and had to be replaced by another company because he wouldn't take responsibility for his shoddy work.
