Charis Consulting is very good at estimates and what he does. He included a ten year service contract on the roof that would go to the new owner when I sell it. He had a low price. Not only did he remove the old roofing, he did extra work for free, on top of what was agreed upon. He was a licensed inspector also. They did excellent work for me. I'm so happy that I found him and was able to use him. They did the work in one day. They did such a good job. I had talked to four roofing companies and he was the only one who gave me a ten year guarantee on labor. It was an awesome selling point for me.
