I have a 10 years warranty on the unit so I did not pay anything for the service. Actually I like Dillon Gardner, the best dude one can meet, homegrown, very polite; he is like the good boy type. But his boss is as lazy as it comes. I have called him three or four times to come out here and help me or do something to get more air upstairs. I put a 4 ton in there and opened up the vents to 18 inches and still I am not getting enough colder air. It gives more colder air down stairs. He told me that he had a way to divert it and take it upstairs with my new old one. I have not heard from him after that. If he needs to be in business he needs to do his job. Price wise it was compatible. I did a lot of checking around before I decided which one I wanted to buy. They were competitive. They were right in the ballpark with some of the big name brands. My father-in-law has another brand and he like his and what I have I don't mind. The only thing is that their service is bad.

I'm almost positive that you are on his list and he WILL get to you. Honestly, people with NO air conditioning, during this time, are getting service first as should be expected. If you have issues, please contact us direct and we will do what we can to get any problems resolved."

We called TIm on a recommendation from a friend. He set the appointment, showed up at the appointed time, was polite and communicative and did not only what was requested, but went beyond and did what was needed. He kept up informed and provided us with options, as necessary. Really have nothing but good to say about ASC and it's owner Tim Bennett.
