We've been taking all three of our dogs to Town and Country for the past year or so. The people there are exceptionally friendly, and you can tell the vet really cares about doing what's right for our babies. Their prices are comparable to other vets we've used in the past, and the drop-off (8-9) and pick up (5-6) hours are really convenient for those of us who work normal business hours. When we dropped Cooper off this last time, it had just started to snow. As soon as the vet had finished his cleaning, she called us to let us know that he was ready to pick up but that she could board him, free of charge, overnight since the weather/roads had gotten bad. We're very happy with the service we receive here, and we'll keep trusting Dr. Webb to take care of our babies.

I would highly recommend these loving, caring, and knowledgeable staff. You can tell that they genuinely care about animals. Our dog had to be put to sleep, but she passed with loving people with her. They cared so much for Molly that my daughter took one of our favorite photos of her to the vet's office. Thank you Town and Country for being so kind to us and our special pet during such a terrible time.

They have several vets down there but the one I prefer I think she is wonderful. She is compassionate. She is caring and her name is Trina Gardin. The one doctor I like really well when they were first starting out he was very good and he got to the point where when you go in he won't even speak to you. He is very snotty. I think there is actually five or six that astound there at given time and usually when I called to make my appointments I will make them with Dr. Gardin when she is there. My two Shelby's dogs last year actually had maggots that had board into my female Shelby into her neck and the male Shelby was on his back. My neighbor has cattle so I know it had come from a fly from the cattle. I took them down there and this doctor looked at it and said its just cyst and if we have to take them out it will be a big operation and it wast as this because when you have a maggot there has to have two holes so that they can breath and I put Neosporin on my little female neck I found and put Neosporin on it and waited about half an hour and got underneath of it and pulled it out and squeeze it and this thing at that area looked like a green rice and I clean her up with peroxide and Neosporin and she healed and there wasn't anymore problem and my male Shelby was on his spine between his shoulder blade and I kept pulling the stuff and pulling at it and I couldn't get the skin there that I could actually get underneath of it and toss it out and I worked on it for probably about two months and finally the thing came about halfway out and before it could duct back down in the whole I smashed half of it and while I was doing that I was able to get the rest of it out and it healed and they did nor has cyst they had maggots. It is absolutely was disgusting and present to tell me that it was cyst I thought was horrible. I stayed there because of Dr. Gardin and if she would leave I would not go back. At Piney Flats, I had a five-year-old Shelby that had lymphosarcoma and I loved him so much. The day I had to take him over and have him put down I never thought of return to Piney Flats so I just started going to Jonesborough Animal Hospital because the shelter when I got the big girl from the shelter they fend them to an animal hospital and have them stayed before their release to you. I just couldn't go back to Piney Flats even though I loved both of the vets that was there. They were both doctors and I just loved them both. They were wonderful but I couldn't go back after I have my little Shelby put to sleep and later put down. The price for the hospital I think is a little bit on the expensive side. They used to be very reasonable and they got a little bit more expensive. Sometimes the vet deal will be as high as $380 and that is a lot in one time. Dr. Gardin actually told me that pet insurance is a waste of money and she said that it really doesn't pay anything she says maybe $10 or $15. It cost more than that to have a pet insurance. Dr. Gardin tries to be as reasonable as she can and if I take both Shelby's and there just going for their yearly check ups she does not charge me an office call but if I go to the other one if he happens to be there he will charge me an office call for each Shelby which is $39. Dr. Gardin tries to be as lenient as she can be as for as that expense is concerned and there is anything that she can tell you to do that you can do at home then she will do that to. The availability is always there. I would say you cannot beat the quality. They are everything from surgery, teeth cleaning, taking biopsies and sending them out and just a full pet hospital. Anytime I called they will call me back. Absolutely professional. They are very gentle with them especially Dr. Gardin she absolutely loved this Shelby's and I do have to muzzle the other two before putting them in but the little one will bite and when Dr. Gardin pregnant about four years ago, my big dog growled at her so now I have to muzzle both. Dr. Gardin is absolutely awesome.
