Styles Pest Patrol, Inc. is a second generation, family owned, Christian business. We started our business in 1987 with a desire to serve others. Styles Pest Patrol offers pest control and termite treatments to both residential and commercial accounts. We do free estimates to determine the best treatment for each specific customer. All of our technicians are licensed, bonded and insured and perform all work in accordance with the Tennessee Department of Agriculture statutes. We service upper East Tennessee and into Virginia, from Newport, Tn to Bristol, Va. Our business objective is to strive for excellence in all we do and to treat others as we would want to be treated. To God be the glory for all He has done!!

Mr. Styles was a genuinely nice man. Very professional and courteous. Explained all he was doing and did all I asked/needed. Began a yearly pest control contract with his company following his service. I don’t believe anyone would be disappointed in this company.

The first time they came to my home I paid them I think it was a $50 special to do around the house and everything. It was exceptional and that's why I was interested in the $240 for a year. I was so impressed with them and their attitude that I went ahead and got the year because they were running a special on Angie's List.

They do great. The guy came in & I ended up getting their one year package. I pay $240 for an entire year and they come out 4 times. They're reasonable on price and they're really nice people. I was really happy. They do their jobs. If it doesn't working out they send somebody back out. A lot of times it's not their fault. When the cold sets in the bugs come in. I usually get a response within 24 hours when I text them to tell them I've got a problem. The are punctual. They tell me they'll be there, they are there. As soon as I get my tax return I'll give them a call and get another year.

Extremely nice & knowledgeable. I contacted him initially because I thought I saw a termite near my house. I sent him a picture thru Angie's List and he replied within a few minutes (just a winged ant, thankfully.) When he came out to spray the whole house, he was friendly and didn't mind my questions at all. I saw 2 bugs that I thought were cockroaches in the Spring, but he explained that they were most likely wood roaches, then explained their features and habits. He even gave me tips on sealing & venting the crawlspace vents near the base of the house. 10 out of 10, will definitely call on this service again.

I thought he did an okay job but some of the renters complained. They didn't think he was doing a thorough enough job. My wife got somebody else but we don't have the apartments anymore. He was super nice. I would not rule him out. They just thought that he was just a little too fast.

Mr. Styles and his two sons did all the work. Very personable, I observed the work and it appeared to be quite thorough. The price was better than competitors, and the annual renewal is also less.

Mr. Styles came to our home at EXACTLY the promised time. He is a very friendly gentleman who gave us all the time we needed to show him & explain to him our problem. We then went outside & walked around the house to find the spot where the rodents might be getting in. He found the spot and then went ahead and treated the area. After he was finished, he came back into the house, explained exactly what he did and told us to give the pesticide 10 days to do it's job. If we had any additional problems, please give him a call. We will definitely use Mr. Styles again if needed.
