When we moved into the house we had all the utilities turned on. After doing that I started hearing a sound and my dog was responding to it as well, laying in front of the area where the sound was coming from. The dog yelped like he was hit, but we never saw anything. Being there less than 2 weeks, the floors began cracking and bowing, the windows leaked and the hot water stopped working. One night the water started running in the bathtub all by itself. I've contacted them and requested a refund because I want out of the house. I've already moved out.
