Very professional and answered all our questions. Came on time and did a fantastic job with installing new units. Did the job in a very timely manner. Cleaned up afterwards and gave us all out paperwork for new units.

He was very honest in telling me my freon was full and the unit tested with low
airflow. He said that was the cause of the ac struggling in the afternoons. He did a cleaning to get it at its best for now. It
is 20 years old and I know it needs replaced before long but he did not pressure to do so, he got it working for now. I was very pleased with the professionalism and honesty of these gentlemen. I would use again for sure.

I have used this business on several occasions and the service is as it should be. Always arrives on time and has great communication if something is holding him up if only a few minutes. Price is always fair and work completed. What more is there to say?

I called Hometown Heating and Air because I wanted the A/C checked in our vacation home. There weren't any obvious problems with our A/C, but we aren't there too often and I wanted to make sure everything was up to snuff. Heath Weeks and Jeff Lawson responded within a matter of hours, which surprised me given the hot weather in the area. They checked both the inside and outside units, and recommended that I used a less restrictive air filter because the low-side pressure wasn't reading as high as it should have. I changed the filter to a less restrictive one I had on-hand, and the pressure went up about six pounds. They also found a burnt controller which hadn't yet failed, but could have done so at any time (they showed me how the points on the controller were burnt). Overall, I was very satisfied with their service and ability to communicate, and will certainly use them again.

This gentleman has done work for me in the past and has always provided excellent service. He was prompt to arrive and explains in detail what the problem is and what is needed to fix it. Excellent person to do business with.

it went well even though he wasn't able to fix it in one day because our appointment was kinda late in the day, but he returned promptly the next day and finished the job.
