Overall it was an exceptional experience with no downside.

He was very fast. Usually, they take away the unit and dispose the unit. However, I was able to take it over to a place that buys metal and copper. If any company that is in one of my buildings has an issue with heat or air conditioning, he is there within the hour every single time. He is also licensed, insured, and bonded. He is very punctual and reasonably priced.
