Satisfied with the final product and the foreman, Leonard, was very good to work with.  Had one issue with some of the crew helping themselves to drinks out of our refrigerator in the garage.  

The big problem was communication and lack of response from Jim Topolski, the owner.  He originally gave us a quote for pressure treated wood for the deck but we asked for composite materials instead.  He gave us a quote for that, but failed to include the need for additional joists to support the composite materials, resulting in the decking in the screen porch squeaking.  He refused to fix it until we filed a complaint with the BBB and then only fixed it for an additional charge.  His fix lasted about two months.  He made numerous promises of when crews would be available and had assured us that once a crew started on a job, they stayed on it until it was finished.  Crew only showed up intermittently and a four-week job stretched into seven-weeks.  Had a problem with the snack bar that was built sagging because of a lack of support underneath, which he characterized as "minor."  Asked for the final payment before the job was finished, offering to have a crew come back the following week to finish.  When I refused, the crew miraculously finished in one day.  Job was finished in late August, but final work was completed in October, only after the BBB complaint was filed.

Final work product is what we wanted, but would not deal with Topolski again due to poor communications with us.
